Jean cloth is a wool cotton blend and then when available sometime just cotton.
It is a loose weave to work with and likes to shred. When putting the garment together we do our best to make sure that it will stay together since playing soldier is hard wear and tear on the clothing. Whether the items purchased are made of jean cloth or 21oz wool, we suggest, as does the manufacturer, that these pieces of clothing be dry cleaned so that they last a long time and do not shrink.
You can have any style jacket made in the Jean cloth. Prices of the jacket will be determined by the cost of the fabric. We prefer to give customers the best possible price for a good quality item. Please call about pricing.
Columbus Depot Jackets

There are three types of Columbus Depot Jackets that are basically the same as a common shell with a few changes.
The First Model Jacket has front of body curved in front at neck and waist, point in back, six piece body, lined with osnburg with or without trim, six button front, and two inside pockets.
The Second Model Jacket has on exterior pocket on left side rounded in the front and no interior pocket, with 5 or 6 button front.
The Third Model Jacket has an exterior pocket on left side, square cut in the front, seven button front, cut straight in the back rather than with a point.
